Kalađurđević Apartments are located in a pleasant setting by the very coast in Rafailovići. In the immediate vicinity there are many cafés, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, clinic, children's play area- the entire infrastructure and all facilities guaranteeing a pleasant stay.
What makes these apartments special is a courtyard representing a rarely preserved oasis of greenery and coastal architecture. As it is fitted with garden furniture, guests are free to use this area for afternoon relaxation in the shade under the vines, or for enjoying the magnificent view of the St. Nicholas Island while having a morning coffee. The outside area intended for relaxation and rest is complemented by a café done in the style of an art gallery, set next to the promenade.

Services: daily cleaning and garbage disposal, weekly change of bedding, change of towels as needed. Laundry service is paid additionally as agreed with the maid.

The vicinity of a sandy beach, a part of the beautiful 2 kilometres long Bečići Beach, represents an additional convenience for holidays with children. Popular Kamenovo Beach is 5 minutes’ walk away.
For those who enjoy walking, the ideal choice is a lovely promenade leading to Budva and its Old Town. In addition to this pedestrian route Budva can be reached by taxi, or local bus (bus stop is 300 meters away).
If required by guests, we can also provide services o f transfer from and to the airport, as well as the possibility to organise excursions in Montenegro and the neighbouring countries.
